Such, could you share how your journey in the modeling industry began? What inspired you to pursue this path?

I started modeling when I was 14 years old. I had always been in love with the fashion world, and at 17, I moved to China for my first experience outside of Brazil. I had dreamed of that moment for so long. I worked every single day for six months, then traveled to Hong Kong, Korea, and the Philippines before making it to NYC. That’s when I got the opportunity to work with Calvin Klein, which I believe was the turning point in my career. After NYC, I moved to London, where I lived for eight years.

What was the defining moment in your career that helped you establish yourself in the fashion industry?

China was a learning experience for me—it was like a school. But I think the real turning point came when I moved to the U.S. and started modeling in Europe. That’s when things really started to change for me.

How would you define your personal style, and how has it evolved over the years?

The more experience you gain in life, the better you understand what you like and what suits you—and what doesn’t! I don’t wear things just because they’re trending at the moment. My style has to connect with my personality; otherwise, I don’t bother.

Which current fashion trends do you find most exciting, and are there any you believe are overhyped?

I love the minimalist style—clean, simple clothing that allows space for beautiful jewelry and accessories.

Could you give us insight into a typical day in your life?

I’m someone who sticks to my routine no matter how much I travel. Keeping certain habits makes me feel at home wherever I am. I wake up early, have my morning time with God, hit the gym, and then get to work.

In such a dynamic industry, what keeps you motivated and continuously inspired?

The fashion industry is an exciting world—there’s always something new happening. It’s never boring!

Suh, what advice would you offer to aspiring models looking to establish themselves in the fashion industry?

Focus on yourself and don’t compare your journey to others. In the end, that mindset will get you the best results.
