With a background rooted in discipline and creativity, Kholoud has become one of the Middle East’s most recognizable fashion and lifestyle influencers. Known for her elegant yet effortless style, she blends modern trends with cultural authenticity, inspiring thousands of women to embrace confidence and individuality. In this exclusive interview, she shares her journey from gymnast to influencer, her most memorable brand collaborations, and her personal philosophy on style and balance.

Kholoud, your journey into fashion and lifestyle influencing was not planned but evolved organically. Can you take us back to the first moment you realized you wanted to share your personal style and culture with the world? What was the spark that made you start posting on social media?
It’s true—my journey into influencing wasn’t a master plan! It evolved very naturally. The “spark” wasn’t one single aha moment, but rather a gradual realization that what I was sharing resonated with people. At first, I was simply posting snippets of my life and style because I enjoyed it—it felt like a creative outlet.
The turning point came when I started receiving messages, especially from women in the region, telling me they felt inspired or connected to my content. They’d ask where I found an outfit or how I styled a look, and that’s when I realized there was a genuine audience interested in my perspective. That encouragement made me think, “Okay, maybe there’s something bigger here.”

How would you describe your personal style today, and how has it evolved since you first began sharing your fashion journey?
My style today is a balance of modesty, modern trends, and effortless chic. I love experimenting with silhouettes and textures, always aiming for elegance that feels comfortable. When I first started, my style was more experimental and less refined—I was still exploring what truly resonated with me.
Over time, I’ve learned what works best for my body type and lifestyle, and what genuinely makes me feel confident. I’ve become more comfortable mixing high-end pieces with everyday essentials, and I embrace sustainability where I can. For me now, it’s less about chasing every trend and more about curating timeless, versatile looks that still feel fresh.

Before becoming a fashion and lifestyle influencer, you were a gymnast. How did this background shape your approach to discipline, presentation, and the way you manage your career today?
Gymnastics shaped me in so many ways. It’s a sport built on discipline, dedication, and precision—you repeat things endlessly until they’re perfect. That mindset translated directly into my career as an influencer.
When it comes to content creation, discipline helps me stay consistent and always aim for high-quality visuals and storytelling. Presentation, too, is something gymnastics instilled in me: every detail matters, and how you present yourself can completely change the impression you make. Managing my career often feels like training for a competition—you set goals, break them down, and work consistently to achieve them. It’s about routines, focus, and pushing through challenges.

You’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with some high-profile international brands. Which collaboration stands out as the most memorable, and why?
That’s such a tough question because I’ve been so fortunate to work with many incredible brands! But if I had to choose, my collaboration with Dior truly stands out.
It was memorable not just because of the prestige of the brand, but because they genuinely embraced my vision and allowed me to infuse my own perspective into the campaign. It felt like a true partnership. We created content that beautifully blended my personal style with Dior’s timeless elegance, and seeing it showcased on such a global platform was a dream come true.

Managing your career as a full-time influencer and content creator can be demanding. How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance and avoid burnout while staying consistent with your content?
It can definitely be demanding, and burnout is something I take seriously. For me, balance comes down to a few key practices.
First, I set boundaries. I try to work within certain hours and consciously “switch off” outside of them. It’s easy to be always connected, but I prioritize time with family and friends. Second, I take care of my well-being—whether that’s exercise, meditation, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a book. Third, I plan my content in advance, which helps reduce stress and maintain consistency.
And importantly, I don’t hesitate to delegate or ask for help when needed. You can’t do everything alone, and having a supportive team has been essential.

What would be your top three fashion tips for someone looking to refine their personal style?
For anyone looking to refine their personal style, here are my top three tips:
Know Your Body and What Flatters You: Don’t just follow trends blindly. Take time to understand your body shape and which silhouettes, fabrics, and cuts highlight your best features. Confidence starts with fit.
Invest in Quality Basics: Build a foundation with timeless, versatile essentials—well-fitted jeans, a crisp white shirt, a great blazer, classic shoes. They elevate your wardrobe and make mixing with trendier pieces effortless.
Make It Personal and Own It: Style is self-expression. Add pieces that reflect your personality and wear them with confidence. The most stylish people aren’t those chasing every trend, but those who radiate authenticity and joy in what they wear.
